Q: Can you give me an estimate on the work to be done?

A: Yes, we provide free estimates. Contact us to get more info.

Q: What kind of chemicals are used during the cleaning process?

A: We use only environmentally safe chemicals which are non-toxic but highly effective at removing unsightly dirt, gum, mildew, stains, etc.

Q: What should I do to prepare for the cleaning?

A: Make sure a water line is within 25 feet the area we will be cleaning to which we can hook up our standard water hoses. We'll take care of the rest.

Q: Do I need to be at home for the cleaning?

A: This is a matter of preference. You do not need to be home as long as we have access to an exterior water connection.

Q: I've heard pressure washing can cause damage to certain surfaces, is that true?

A: In the hands of a novice, a pressure washer can be a dangerous thing. We have over 7 years experience in pressure washing all types of surfaces. We take great pride in our work and treat the items we clean with the utmost care, just as we would our own.

Q: Do we have to reschedule if it is raining?

A: As long as there is no lightning and the work being done is on the ground, we can and will work in the rain.
